I find the record low temperatures in July a little alarming. Especially after reading about our government's theory to stop global warming: dilute the upper atmosphere with the dangerous (and carcenogenic) sulfur dioxide to reflect the sun's rays away from earth.
Yeah, great plan (NOT).
